New publication: Bean beetles harbor a simple, heritable microbiome

Led by Aileen Berasategui, we characterised the composition, localisation, and functionality of the gut microbiome in the bean beetle, Callosobruchus maculatus. Our findings are published in Applied and Environmental Microbiology!
